PROJECTS
Buena Vista which offers beautiful well designed and attractively priced homes to the smart and discerning investment-minded home buyer in skillfully sculpted landscapes and aesthetically pleasing green-field estates.
Buena Vista Estates is located in Lagos at Alpha Beach, off the Lekki-Epe Expressway, behind the Chevron Conservation Center. Plans to duplicate this beautiful project in Port Harcourt and Abuja are underway. Other projects include Coral Garden being developed in conjunction with Ogun State Property Investment Company (OPIC), Sunshine Estate in collaboration with the Ondo State Government, Green acres and which is an independent project. The Lagos State Government has also initiated one of the biggest housing projects in the state to be developed in conjunction with CityScape.

CityScape is fully aware of the effects of development on the environment hence its holistic approach to estate development. CIPLC takes great care to promote eco-friendly environments. Treats of nature like unusual trees and lakes found on site are enhanced and retained in their natural habitats, while debris from demolitions are appropriately disposed while seriously discriminating against burning to reduce the damage on the ozone layer.
